Indian Bank — money debited but didn't credit.

Dear sir/madam,
I am mukesh shrivastav, holding a sb account in ib solapur. I transferred rs. 20000/- to my friend's sbi account on 03/04/2019 through imps over indpay app.
After filled up received otp, the app shown error message. I tried again but failed.
After that, i checked the balance, rs 20000 debited from my account. I asked my friend to check balance in his account as app shows money is transferred to him. The money did not credit in his account.
Some friends said that the money will be credited either in my or my friend's account after 24 or 48 hrs. So, i waited but it did not happen. Now what can i do.
