Indian Bank — money refund regarding

I have ordered in zomato on feb23-2020 where i opted for card payment. Later my payment became incomplete but my amount of rs.163 was debited from the account. When i recahed out zomato customer care, they asked me to for 7 working days&also told that refund was initiated from their side. As already it’s been 7 days since the debit kindly do check about the iniatiation process, refund me as soon as possible.
