Indian Bank — Money refunded but not received in my bank account | |||
My name is mouchumi lahan and i had ordered three products of rs.1592.00 zebronics zeb warrior 2.0 multimedia speaker with aux connectivity, agrima 4 port usb hub and nayasa superplast plastic fusion containers 1500ml set of 6 grey by bansal group in amazon on 07.09.2020 and on that same date i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 07.09.2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 5134040252027242213314 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
