Indian Bank — money transferred not reached the receiver

Account numb [protected] my money transfer of rupees 1750 was deducted in an transaction through paytm but by which the receiver was not credited and so i please to initiate the formalities to credit it to the receiver or to please refund the amount of one thousand and seven hundred to my indian bank account in itself as soon as possible... Awaiting for the update from bank
