Indian Bank — Mortgage loan

I have occ account with indian bank [acc no[protected]]. I applied mortgage loan to the branch at last november 2019. The field inspection to tirupur property done by mananger on last february 2020. All needful documents are submitted to branch. Still it was pending. We are in very financial crisis. I had a better cibil score also. I do know about
What reason for pending my loan. I had a 14years transaction in your branch. Please consider my loan otherwise tell the reason was pending. I will also condsider to aproach to any other bank.. So please do the needful action to my loan.
