Indian Bank — My withdrawal transaction failure but my amount debited from account. | |||||
My respected sir/madam, When i was adding money to paytm valet on 06/03/2017, my request rs - 5000 amount have failure, but my amount deducted/debited from my account no.[protected], & atm withdrawal seq. No.[protected]. & atm id[protected], but still (Upto now) no reflect any amount in my account, as well as you can see my attached withdrawal request amount failure receipt. So, i request to you refund my amount, i shall be obliged to you for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Did paytm customer service provide those two details or bank provided?
I lost my 5000/- in the same way but I have not got any of those details. I complained in SPGRS of indian bank, but no refund so far.
