Indian Bank — not able to make bill payment for my registered mutual fund biller

I am unable to pay my Registered Mutual Fund Biller "PRDIRECT-102132", (Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund (G) Direct), through SIP.

I have registered the biller and has been paying every month, since 15th Mar' 2017, through your old website "Personal Banking" online payment using the Bill Pay section.

The 'New Net banking site' does not have this option and the old 'Personal Banking' is not opening.

Today is the due date of payment, and because of the bank's technical problem, the customer is made to suffer. Sorry to say that the bank is not bothered to inform the customer in advance. Ultimately, the suffering is for customer.
