Indian Bank — Not answering for e-mail

I have send mail to kadayanallur branch for below mail and following with several reminders for past one month but no nay response from corresponding bank as well customer complaint.

Dear sir/ madam,

My mobile number which we registered with your esteemed bank has deactivated and could able to get otp for net banking.

Due to civid-19 issues, i could able to avail my vacation as scheduled for last month and we don’t when the situation will come to normal to take our vacation.

So, i kindly request you to change my previous 912 — jio number to overseas mobile number 00966 56 — (This number was also registered while opening my nre account) to enabling me to receive otp for online transaction.

And also, i would like to know that our bank can send otp to my registered e-mail id — @ — .com as providing service by other banks? If so, please do the needful.
