I have ordered eye brow pallet in amezon for Rs193, i paid through my ATM card, and i cancelled my order, the refund from amezon was initiated on 7/7/2020 with ref no: #30005401910184230483763, but still the amount was not crideted to my account .

Kindly please clear this issue

    The process of refund has been initiated on 3rd of july but till now it's not been reflecting in my account when i enquired the bank they told me that everything is clear by their side and the products were super healthy nuts and back cover for nokia 3.2 phone.. I contacted amazon they told me to fill this form. Please do check and refund my amount

          My name is ajai sankar. K. S and i had ordered oneplus 8 of rs. Amount 40, 100 in amazon on (7.7.2020) and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (7.7.2020) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005401900188142696687) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            On 8th july 2020, i did a transaction on amazon, which costs 1101 rupees, but due to some circumstances, order is canceled and amount is refunded, but money is not credited yet, they provide refund reference number, :
            30005401910190001276492, i did a transaction through indian bank debit card,
            My india bank account number is [protected], my debit card ending with 0274,
            Please help me and credit my money back into my bank account,.

                An amount has been deducted from my account while in an online shopping without the order being placed. Its been 6 days and still the money has not been returned.

                  The refund has never been processed against payment made online on amazon website through indian bank debit card. But no refund entry is visible in my bank account. Refund reference no. Provided by amazon customer care is 30005401800077114307160 dt 27/06/2020 for amount rs. 854.60. Kindly process the refund to my bank account as till date no refund has been processed for above provided refund reference number.

                                IMPS transfer failed but amount debited

                                On 10/07/2020, i tried transferring fifty thousand rupees from my indian bank account number [protected] through imps net banking having reference number[protected] but the beneficiary account was not credited and my indian bank account has been debited with 50, 000 rupees and i don't know where that money has gone? Please resolve the matter as soon as possible....

                                  I have order Lenovo legion y540 laptop worth Rs : 69490/- on Amazon using my debit card on 27/06/20 but the transaction failed amount debited from my account and Amazon issued an refund on the same day of my failed transaction. still i didn't got my refund on my account. I tried complaining on indian bank customer support website but they didn't gave an proper response. Due to corona my street is closed i am unable to visit the indian bank branch in my area. please respond to my complaint and help me get my refund back as soon as possible it's very urgent.

                                    I had made a online payment to Tamil Nadu Electricity through AMAZON application payment on July 1st 2020 but i received an message that your payment is unsuccessful. Unfortunately amount 4578 was debited from my Saving account

                                    Afterwads Amazon is sending an email that i have refunded your amount please check with RRN (Refund Reference Number). So i have called the customer care of my Saving Account bank they are saying with the help of RRN number we cant able to track your amount is refunded or not, kindly get the UTR number from Amazon Indian.

                                    I cant able to get UTR number from Amazon, So Kindly help me with the RRN to refund the amount to my account ASAp.
