Indian Bank — Not get my refund yet

Dear sir/madam

I am customer of indian bank .. As i have some issue with my payment reflection in my account... Few days a go i returned my to myntra, but i didn't get my refund yet . Myntra customer support is saying that its problem with bank we have transferred the payment from our end they had given me a bank reference no. ([protected]) to check the disput with bank .. please kindly check the issue as i am sharing screenshot for myntra mail which i got ..
