[Resolved] Indian Bank — Not given account statement detail | |||||
As i am account holder of indian bank, i went to indian bank (Ulsoor branch, bangalore) near by my location for taking my account statement detail. They said that you have to go to your branch specified in passbook. I told them now core banking facility is available but they denied for the same. For me my specified branch is very far. Even they said we cant accept your net baking form as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i have sent mail to zonal manager Bangalore branch and also i have made complaint in indian bank website.so i got call from respective branch and my issue resolved. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
