Indian Bank — not receiving messages after withdrawal

This is to inform you that i have been not receiving any messages / sms after withdrawal of money for the past 4 weeks. I activated my mobile number initially. I spoke to the bank staff 2 days back regards this. She told that the problem has been solved and i will get sms hereafter for withdrawal. But today 10 mins back i ordered online food using my ib debit card, but i didn't receive any sms after paying through the card. So i request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. The bank staff told for sms charges will be applied i said ok. Because i was receiving sms from the day i activated, but not receiving only from the past 3 weeks...
Kindly do the needul.

I keep getting sms messages for cash withdrawal intimation for an account not belonging to me :

"Rs.2000.00 withdrawn at ATM ID:30753447, Gias Kamal Choudhary Mumbai on 17/06/21 20:16 from Ac:XXX958513. Bal:53.00 CR. Always use INDIAN BANK ATM to avoid charges"

I do not have an account no. XXX958513

How can i reach the bank to rectify this.

Sorry forgot to mention I have an account with INDIAN BANK
I am not receiving any message regarding my transaction from the indian bank. I have contacted the branch but they say the issue resolved but still i am not receiving any message from bank and one more thing i can't activate my atm card since the otp is not coming into my mobile no. Very poor service of this horrible bank.
