When i swiped my debit card in atm machine (Tata indicom, tmp nagar, padi date:[protected] time:12.07 pm) it showed invalid card number and i swiped it again (Time:12.10pm) it showed invalid card number twice (Tyys0092). I didn't received cash from it but in my passbook it showed that i withdrawn rs. 20, 000. I placed a complaint twice regarding this issue in indian bank anna nagar rountana branch, (Sequence no:[protected]Claim no: a[protected]Complaint date:[protected],[protected] but they didn't take any action regarding this place take further actions.. I need my cash of rs. 20, 000 immediately. We didn't expect this service from you.. Thank you.

    I have purchased stainless steel and from amazon on[12/10/2019 ] by making payment of 1349 through cash on delivery. I have canceled the item and amazon initiated refund on 22.10.2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction id on my request. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

      26th october transfer the amount to my credit card account but still now the amount is not credited in my credit card account, but the amount is debited from my bank account.
      I register the compliant to korattur indian bank.
      But till now my compliant is not resolved.
      My payment is not credited in my account.
      Plz resolve my issues as soon as possible.
      Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      While paying my credit card bill through net banking my amount of 6000 was deducted from my account but payment failed. There is no refund initiated as of yet.

        My money of rupees 40 was deducted in an failed transaction on dream 11 and i seek for the quick recovery of which would be very helpful indeed.. This incident has been accouring on regular intervals on varying amounts from higher to lower ranges... It would be really very helpful in reducing such cases of reduction in the future... Thus to have an good banking experience

          My name is madhu prasad and i had ordered a book named "the prophet" of rs 88 in amazon on 31st october 2019 and i returned it on the same day due to some personal reasons. And on 31st october 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my but still i didn't get my money back. Amazon send this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond this complaint it's very urgent.

                not receiving messages after withdrawal

                This is to inform you that i have been not receiving any messages / sms after withdrawal of money for the past 4 weeks. I activated my mobile number initially. I spoke to the bank staff 2 days back regards this. She told that the problem has been solved and i will get sms hereafter for withdrawal. But today 10 mins back i ordered online food using my ib debit card, but i didn't receive any sms after paying through the card. So i request you...

                  My name is Bidisha Moulick and I had ordered Product No.1 of Rs1749 [order date- 28/09/19, reference number[protected]] and Product No.2 of Rs621 & Product No.3 of Rs449 [order date- 28/09/19, product no.2 reference number[protected] & product no.3 reference number[protected] ] i.e total of Rs. 2819 from Amazon.in and I returned this orders due to personal reason. And on date 10/10/19 (product no.1) & 10/26/18 (product no.2 & 3) my refund was initiated.
                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number which I mentioned above for all the 3 products and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. I also went to the branch of my bank and talked with the Branch Manager about this problem and he told me that Amazon has not send any money to your bank account. So Sir/Maam please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I came to know about this website very late but still I hope it will be helpful.

                    I koj talang apply netbanking on 27 september 2019 at Indian bank, G-extension . i ask many time regarding netbanking, they always say..still not came, come next week. But today i visit bank and ask regarding net banking still same answere from bank staff. so i ask them check a record why it so late, its month ago apply.
                    staff check record but not get My Netbanking form which i apply month ago. then they making excuse...shortage of staff no one maintain and care files..etc... any ask me to apply again new form.
                    My humbly request to take a action such staff..how can they so careless ? they should responsibility for it.

                                    My refund from amazon was initiated on 24/10/19 but the amount has not been credited in my bank account. Amazon is saying they have processed the amount and gave a reference id. When i called the bank’s customer care they are saying they can’t do anything with the reference id. Amazon instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      Sir, i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 15/05/2019 and the reference no is[protected] but the amount rs 198 has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.
