Indian Bank — not refund

I am abhubakkar this is my account ([protected]) from indian bank when i purchase a product from amazon at 22.7.19 i could cancel a order within a week and them the amount that not be refund my account; that reference transaction number[protected] when i asked amozon and bank they could response properly pls refund my amount as soon as possible and wish to solve my probelm
