Indian Bank — OnePlus refunded the money but not credited to my account so far | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I've ordered the OnePlus 9R mobile with case (INR 40789.00) through OnePlus official app on 23 June 2021. By mistakenly I've chosen different color so I've cancelled the order with 5 minutes after the payment is done. After long follow-ups with OnePlus, they've given the reference id is 1. Refund order I'd: RO2021062309135037890006 2. Bank ARN no. 30005411801174142150163 After that I've mailed many times to the bank but no response from Bank side still. It has been 11 days more.
