Still i didn't get my refund amount and i have reference number of my refund amount

The amount is more important to me in this situation. I don't have no money with me. So kindly plz make the money resolved. And am waiting for that money. I have been already waiting for the money more than 3 days.in the amazon customer help line they are provided me the reference number
