Dear sir, I have made a ticket booking through tnstc on 29.02.2020 through indian bank debit card ; Although the ticket was not booked the amount was debited from my account ; reference details as per below [e com pur ecom tx seq no 596432 terminal id 78000010 date (Mmdd) 0229 time (Hhmmss) 163939] My account no :[protected] Kindly let me know, when the amount will be refunded??
