[Resolved] Indian Bank — payment debited 2 times in irctc ticket booking

Sir, I have booked a ticket in irctc, on dt 16 July from secunderabad to nagarsol on dt 17 Aug. Firstly I done payment online through gateway amount has debited but ticket not generated and with in few minutes I booked same ticket again I done payment online. The sum of amount 1666 rs has debited twice and the two tickets are generated on same pnr number [protected] (RAc 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, And 60, 61, 62, 63, 64). I got the conformation e ticket by mail later for first transaction but in my irctc booking history failed transaction records found for 1 ticket, 3332 rs has debited from my account, so please revert my first transaction amount of 1666 rs which transaction has cancelled but amount has debited. Aug 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you for all the teams which are involved in this operation amount has delayed but complaint solved.. Thank you for Indian Bank team and consumer form.. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 18, 2019 Updated by thalloju vardharaidu Railways enquiry said that they have not received the amount from Indian bank and advice to book complaint..
