        आपकी विदिशा मध्य प्रदेश की ब्रांच में कार्यरत मिस्टर शर्मा जो कि कैसियर का काम करते हैं के द्वारा ग्राहकों से गलत व्यवहार किया जाता है दिनांक 15 जुलाई को मेरे द्वारा एक एनईएफटी करवाने हेतु मैं बैंक गया था मैंने आरटीजीएस का फॉर्म और चेक भर कर मिस्टर शर्मा को दिया तो उन्होंने उसको उठाकर साइड में फेंक दिया और बोलने लगे अभी मेरे पास समय नहीं है जब समय मिलेगा तब मैं इसको करूंगा और बोला मैं अकेला आदमी यहां सब कुछ करता हूं मेरे पास अभी समय नहीं है आप आइए शाम को 4:00 बजे तक हो जाएगा आपको यू पी आर नंबर भी शाम 4:00 बजे तक मिलेगा मैं इस दौरान बैंक में करीब आधे घंटे रुका उनका यही व्यवहार दूसरे ग्राहकों के साथ भी था आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप की बैंक की छवि को सुधारने हेतु मिस्टर शर्मा को ब्रांच से हटा दिया जाए

          I have ordered noise colour fit pro from amazon on 9/7/19 by making payment of rs 2998 through Indian Bank debit card. I have return the item and amazon initiated refund of rs 2998 with refund reference number 986460 and the order ID is[protected]. I have also visited bank branch, they deny. when i contacted amazon, they requested me to file charge dispute against Indian Bank customer care. So please look into this matter and solve the issue as soon as possible...

            I recharged my mobile through amazon, but it was failed. Amazon credited my refund to indian bank but bank not put that refund on my account. Amazon also gave me recharge reference number for confirmation.

              I have booked ticket in redbus on 11/6/2019 1.45 pm (ramu travels, bus fare 500). Amount will be transferd using debit card, unfortunately the ticket was cancelled, but till date i have not received my money back after that i called redbus coustmer care, he said amont will be bank hold .so i complained

                My money got deducted due to bank server issue and i called the bank and asked them what to do.
                And they gave me instructions.
                My amount deducted was 8008 rupees.
                The payment was to be refund but till now it wasn't.
                I had put a complaint according to the bank mentioned to me but there is no response from the bank. They didn't check my complaint and it is pending for 5days till now.
                Please make sure my money get back to my account as soon as possible.

                  I had to pay my bill of 8000 rupees to the hostel gitam boy.
                  I was paying and typed the otp through indian bank netbanking and the payment page came as the request denied and money got deducted. I got a message money was debited. The amount deduted was 8008/-
                  Rupees.
                  I had made complaint to the bank through their as they mentioned and still there is response from the bank the status of my complaint.

                    I hv been issued a refund of rs. 27 by amazon on 26.6.19 thru refund reference no.242330 which supposed to come in my account by 3rd july... But still not credited. I hv called their customer service as well as my branch (Rajouri garden new delhi) but they are denying that... And didn't co-operate at all. That's why i hv to file this complaint. Attached herewith the copy of email received sent by anazon.
                    Pls look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                      On dated 24th of June-2019, I went to Paytm website in order to recharge my Vodafone mobile no. [removed] through my Indian Bank Debit Card. My order nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected] & the transaction date is 24.6.2019 & transaction timings are 8.32, 8.38 & 8.43 p.m ( i.e during night time ). In all the three transactions, i.e Rs. 100 X 3 = Rs. 300 was instantly debited from my “ Saving Bank Account ” ( i.e individually three times by Rs. 100 each time ) but my above-mentioned mobile no. was not recharged, at all. It should have been recharged by Rs. 300. My Saving Bank Account No. of Indian Bank is “ [removed] ”. Therefore, due to this, all the three failed transactions, now, I want Rs. 300 to be instantly credited to my Indian Bank, S.B account no. [removed] ( all details as mentioned above ). Therefore, kindly credit my S.B Account no. of Indian bank, due to this, all the three failed transactions.

                      Kindly make a call to my under-mentioned mobile number, positively at any time.

                      Mobile snap shots of Scanned Photos of all the three failed transactions is attached along-with this email, for your verifications, where Rs. 100 X 3 = Rs. 300 was instantly debited from my “ Indian Bank ” account ( individually three times ) but my mobile no. was not recharged, at all

                        Dear sir i ordered a t-shirt from amazon but the amount was deducted twice.
                        I complained them then they initiated the refund but it is not reflecting in my bank account. I complained then they provided me a refund reference id and adviced me to file a complaint regarding this.

                          I have booked irctc e-ticketing services. Amount will be transfer using debit card. Amount 2 times debited in various card. Another card amount will be refunded. But this card not refund the amount. Unfortunately i will cancel the tickets. Another card will be credit the cancellation charges less amount. But i am complaint the confirmticket customer care. But he said amount will be bank hold. So you complaint the bank to asked me. So i will complaint. Plz refund the amount.

The Redbus authorities informed that the amount has been refunded on 25.06.2019 and bank has confirmed by ARN No.[protected]. So far I have not received the refund.

                            I hv been issued a refund of rs.24 on 29th june by amazon thru utr no. 286710 and the amount supposed to come in my account by 4th july but still not reflected in my account. I hv called customer service but they are not responding at all. So i hv to file this complaint. I hv faced these type of difficulties in getting refund by the same bank.
                            Requesting you to pls look into the matter.

                            Indian bank sendhamangalam branch manager is not responding the customers and the staff shows their attitude...just for small work they make people to come back everyday or just asking people to come back after 2days...

                              I hv been issued a refund of rs.27 by amazon on 26th june thru UTR NO. 242330 an d this amount supposed to come in my account by 3rd july but still not processed by the bank . on 23.6.20refund reference no. 242330. I hv called their Customer service but there is no response at all. So amazon advised me to file a complaint.
                              Therefore requesting to please look into the matter.

                                I purchased an item from amazon by monday 24.06.2019 and cancelled the item on 26.06.2019. got a msg that refund has been initiated and they have made the payment on monday 01.07.2019 but it still not reflected in my account. I'm fed up of contacting both customer care services. Amazon is telling to contact Bank and Bank is telling to contact amazon. They've given me a reference no. that banking is stating non-traceable.

                                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                  We have applied the education loan in indian bank, kattur branch, though we have all the proofs and certificate, he is not responding us properly, since 30 days we were roming for all the proofs but now he said that he is going to transfer it seems. So what can i do for that and also my college reopening is on 10th july 2019. I hope that you will make a conversation with the respected manager (Kattur) and provide us the requored loan. Thank you

                                    I have tried to withdraw money rs 10000.00 from 3 atm machines.No cash come out from the atm machine and i received an immediate message regarding the deduction of amount from my account of rs 10000.00.                                       I tried booking tickets from paytm and it failed thrice. Each of the time amounts of 859.60 was debited from indian bank account. Hence paytm has initiated a refund of rs 2578.80 but it is on hold from the bank end. Hence i request you to process the refund as early as possible. The refund was initiated on 27/06/2019.

                                      My account No.[protected] savings Madras High Court Branch, S.Regu, Ad vocate, On 30.06.2019 at 9.10 am and 9.15 am I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.10000/- at ATM Id:CWDW4050, Axis Nagercoil Court Road, but no amount disbursed, but I received 2 messages Amount total Rs.20, 000/- debited from my account.
