Indian Bank — payment not received from amazon

Amazon shopping online transaction done by myself on date 21.01.2019 and cancelled by amazon and they refund initially on same date and expected date 29.01.2019 but did not come amount in my account than i complaint to bank branch on date 04.02.2019 but they are continuing try to message or call to higher authority but they did not statistically reply to branch bank and return reference no. Is[protected] (Given by amazon) my amount is 8586/-, so plz refund my urgent
