[Resolved] Indian Bank — pending refund from amazon | |||
My name is sangram dey and i had ordered tricom 10/100 mbps ethernet to fiber optic single mode single fiber htb-1100s media converter sms[censored]p to 25 kmps - 1 pair of rs 2190/- in amazon on 06/05/2020 and after 19/05/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25/05/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - 9o3eem6v0000k9lag4vs and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Jun 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my money after 4 days as expected, thank to this website very much, this is very helpful as most of the government bank employees are lazy, they did not look at this serious Matter of receiving money from online marketing or something else. Thank you again, I posted two complaints by fault, but finally I received my money, thank you. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
