Indian Bank — PMSBY and PMJJBY activated without my permission

On Jun 18, 2022 i got the message form Indian Bank that the annual premium of PMSSBY and PMJJBY has been revised maintain the account balance but when I checked my account through net banking I came to know Rs.20 and Rs.436 has been deducted on 9.06.2022 and 05.06.2022 vice versa. Earlier also these amounts were deducted for that i gave application to the bank but till date i didn't got my amount refunded. And the thing is whenever these amounts are deducted no msg of these transactions comes like any other transaction due to which we never get to know when this amount has been deducted. This is a kind of fraud which bank is doing we are keeping are hard earned money in their bank but they are deducting these amounts without any permission from the customer. I don't think any bank has given this kind of right to activate any kind of policy on behalf of customer without permission and deduct that amount from their bank account. I don't think now our money is safe in banks also. I would really appreciate if the bank refund my this whole amount in my account and in future they don't activate any kind of policy without further notice r permission.
