Hi I'm Kishore. Holding account in indian bank followed by Acc number [[protected]] Branch: Veppampattu ( Tiruvallur).

I have deposited 43000 in the Thiruninravur branch atm on 17th june 2022.

The money was stucked inside the machine and not credited to my account.. .

I have given the complaint to Thiruninravur branch on 17th June.

Its been a 5 days still I haven't received the amount.

Kindly do the needful & please refund the amount

    Hello, Good day. My name is Smriti Tripathi. I opened a bank account in Allahabad bank/ Indian bank on 15/03/2022. It's been 3.5 months have not received the bank ATM yet. worst experience of banking with an Indian bank. Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible, and also provide the ATM.

      PMSBY and PMJJBY activated without my permission

      On Jun 18, 2022 i got the message form Indian Bank that the annual premium of PMSSBY and PMJJBY has been revised maintain the account balance but when I checked my account through net banking I came to know Rs.20 and Rs.436 has been deducted on 9.06.2022 and 05.06.2022 vice versa.         I have submitted request along with all my original documents including passbook for the 4 ppf accounts on 17/05/2022 at Indian Bank erstwhile Allahabad Bank at Kolkata Main Branch at 9 India Exchange Place being ppf account no.s [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for transfer to PNB Bank as per rule of Provident fund.As per provident fund rule they have to transfer the entire balance to the new bank themselves in the Govt account directly to PNB with draft of the amount along with original passbook and account related documents directly to PNB but they have no clue how to process the transfer the same and repeatedly asking to open a saving account to transfer the balance instead but that will be a closure of ppf and no other bank would have right to accept that amount to newly opened ppf account. After threat for bank complaint they have accepted the letter for transfer with documents but I am visiting every week for the update but the same answer is there that it will take time. Though they have not made any initiative and kept the file as it was and there is no progress. Its a work of 1 week and even after 1 month they have no proper answer and neither they are proceeding to transfer the same. They openly say, go where ever you want, there is no authority to take any action against their work culture. This is how they work

          I M 83 yrs center govt pensioner drawing pension from INDIAN BANK A3 JANAKPURI ND 58, S/b a/c[protected]. I am currently on visit to US. The bank has stopped sending details of pension ( including my wife pension who expired on may 27, 2021)
          2 the bank has stopped sending details of my income and tax deductions 16A and 26A. I have repeatedly asked them to send/text to enable me file my current income tax return.
          So far no response. Grateful i[censored] could help.

            The product got cancelled on 20th April. It shows refund was initiated on 27th April and it still shows that the refund will appear in 2-3 business days but as of date, there's no refund in the bank account.

                I have booked my train ticket online via confirm ticket on 29 May 2022. The amount was supposed to be refunded by 9 June and it is not reflecting in my Indian Bank account yet.

                    From last 11 months in INDIAN BANK, KARAKAT Branch, ROHTAS, BIHAR, (previously Allahabad Bank) I am having problem with my account at Indian Bank
                    regarding Inoperative account not being able to transact even after submitted all the required documents. It is still INOPERATIVE. Again & again I am being harassed by the bank as my inoperative account is not being started.

                    There is a very big scarcity of man power in the Branch as well as Branch Manager & all the other staff are totally INCOMPETENT of customer satisfaction. There knowledge level of operating computers or digital banking is very very minimal. Really its a very big problem dealing with any Banking operation in this Branch. The staff are not being able to do any work, properly.

                    I request the higher authorities to react appropriately to take care of Customer satisfactions. Again some qualified man power must be engaged or posted in the branch for the smooth Banking transactions.

Bank staffs said debit card will be received within one month from the date of applied. 3 months went, but, still i did not received any communication from branch. When I asked the branch, they are telling that we too didn't receive any information and the people who applied on November itself didn't received their atm card. Please proceed...

                                I had booked a parcel from myntra and cancelled it but refud not credited in my account. Myntra saying they had credited back vide reference no I.e 30005421362129162319304. But till date not credited in my indian bank account no I.e [protected] kanchan sharma. Amount of 2399 may please be credited in my account. It has been 14 days till now.
