Indian Bank — Pos/ecom transaction

My bank account number[protected] debit card payment through pos ecom deducted 12500 inr from my debit card but payment didn't deliver .They said issue to be resolved within 24 hours but still hasn't given any leads about it . The staff started shouting at me on that matter . As it is a very urgent payment and my life depends upon the money kindly transfer back the money and look into the matter . The account is registered on [protected] mobile number
