Indian Bank — problems to place an order with netbanking

This is to inform you that i m using net banking from 10 days but every time i get this message that payment unsuccessful please check your balance wherever i have total 9768 rs in my account and i m doing the netbanking of 6768rs to amazon
Pls i'm in trouble help me urgently i have to buy that order from amazon for my board exams
