[Resolved] Indian Bank — raise dispute | |||
Hello this is jayalakshmi having an account in an Indian bank rt Nagar branch Bangalore 560032 I ordered an Item named Kingston SSDNow A400 480GB SATA 3 Solid State Drive (SA400S37/480G) twice on 8/3/2019 and on 10/3/2019 Order ID:[protected] ORDER ID:[protected] and paid Rs 5380, Rs5330 respectively through Indian bank debit card. Due to personal reason, I canceled the Order, Amazon says that they have refunded the money on 11/3/2019 and they have given the RRN (Refund reference number):[protected] for further queries I called customer care but they told to visit Bank, I went to the bank but they told that they cant help. My money is stuck in between. please help me with this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
