Sir, I joined in Prahan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana Insurance Scheme under Rs. 12/- per year policy through Indian Bank, Ramanathapuram Branch, Tamil Nadu. My Saving bank account number with them is[protected]. The amount Rs. 12/- was debited on[protected] in my above said account. But till date I have not received my original policy. Previously I lived at 1/459, 5th Street, S.B. Illam, Bharathi Nagar, Ramanathapuram and just 2 months back I shifted to C/5, C Block Quarters, Campus Office, Seetthakathi Trust Office, Pearl Matriculation School Campus, Kilakarai - 623517. Nearly 5 to six times I had been to Indian Bank, Ramanathapuram Branch in order to obtain the original policy from them. But they are prolonging in giving the same to me. Just three days back also I had been to Indian Bank, Ramanathapuram Branch in order to know the position in getting my Policy. But they are telling that The printer is out of order.
