Hi, This is Tanaji, my wife have saving account with Indian bank in Vadgaon BK, pune. Saturday on 02/12/2016, i recieved my new login password. i tried to login, error;109 pending activation appears on screen everytime. i contact with bank for several times, they said it will start in next one hour, i am getting this answer since 02/12/2015, but till time the service is inactive. can somebody help me.       Am leaving in Thirunageswaram, Near Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. In my area Indian bank is there. Am their valuable customer for more than 6 yrs. Today i went to the ATM. It's not in working condition. the staff said wait for few min. After few min its says out of service. Me and few people argue with that staff. He cooly replied its the machine. Its work according to its situation. we replied if its today alone means we can leave.. Weekly nearly 2 days its closed. That staff named "srikanth shama" saying lethargicaly i[censored] don't like it pls cancel the account. Have account in some other banks.. You indian banks why are you guys are so worst? Its the way to talk with customers?? Plz eliminate this staff srikanth sharma immediately from Indian bank tirunageswaram 612204. Not only this.. This branch is really worst.. Its look like a fish market during weekend and Monday Tuesdays.. We have to wait nearly 1 hr for transactions.. Very slow workers and only 2 workers for this transaction purpose.. And NO token system tooo... And here few north indians guys also working without knowing our mother tongue tamil.. So village people's are suffering to converse with them. And pls install debit machine in ATM to reduce the crowd in bank.. So please do what all we said. This msg is not by single.. We nearly 50 persons are togetherly doing this.. I[censored] don't take any actions we surely out of your indian bank and cancel our accounts and move to other banks.

        Money was deducted twice but transaction was successful only once and goibibo is claiming it's Indian Bank's fault and Indian Bank is claiming it's goibibo's fault.I booked a flight and the first time it didn't get book but money was deducted. Now Indian Bank is stating money has been deducted and taken by the agent whereas goibibo is stating it has been dropped.

        The company made a call regarding this and full amount was refunded. Thanks a lot. And I got my full payment back. In the end this is a nice place where people can complain about something.

          I had some saving fd at indianbank thiruvotriyur chennai.Banker deducted tds but not issued form 16a inspite of my repeated requested.I had followed them regularly with local branch, zonal office, banking ombudsmen but still they delay the process.Simply buying time and use abuse words and misbehaviour in all times.

            Sir, I'm Kagitha Ballaiah with account no:[protected] Indian Bank, Majeru, Krishna DT. I've took loan in Indian Bank of Majeru by keeping my land documents/passbook of 2.40 acres as security. I've submitted the documents/Passbook to the bank when I took the loan. Now I've paid the full loan amount with out any due to the bank. And requested the branch manager for my land documents/Passbook. The way the response I got is very bad and they bank team is saying that they have lost the land documents that I've submitted as security. THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED IN BANK ARE NOT TRACED AND ARE FOUND TO BE MISSING AS STATED BY THE BANK OFFICIALS. In addition to that the branch manger is saying that, he is not responsible for this. Till now I've complained to you so many times and till now, no one reacted on this. Could you please take this as priority and revert on this? Please find the enclosed documents.               I have had the same experience. They will clearly tell you that whatever document you produce does not fulfil their requirement ( even though the documents are there on the bank website)

                  My native is Ambasamudram, 10 Kms from Theni. My nearest indian bank branch is Govindanagaram. 3 kms from my native.
                  Now I live in Theni for my son study purpose. This is 10 Kms from native.
                  I wanted to start online booking business in Theni. So contact Theni Indian Bank Branch to start a account.
                  But the Theni Indian Bank Manager denied to open a account for me. He says i must start my account only in my nearest branch. My aadhar card and voter id having my native address. So he said i must start only in my native. This is according to rules. Is it true. If he do like his how people open account in Indian branch.

                    Now i'm working as Assistant professor in kongunadu college engg and technology, last month i was opened my bank account in indian bank, meikalnaikkanpatty branch atrichi district, and last week i got my ATM card, and my salary is creditted in this account, but now i could not take amount becuse the ATM card is not yet working, so please activate my ATM cards,

                      Sir, I joined in Prahan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana Insurance Scheme under Rs. 12/- per year policy through Indian Bank, Ramanathapuram Branch, Tamil Nadu. My Saving bank account number with them is[protected]. The amount Rs. 12/- was debited on[protected] in my above said account. But till date I have not received my original policy. Previously I lived at 1/459, 5th Street, S.B. Illam, Bharathi Nagar, Ramanathapuram and just 2 months back...

                      my A/C number with the Indian Bank Nanganallur branch bearing 5 digit was changed to 9 digit CBS number. I asked a certificate to produce it to a mutual fund as the old number was registered to them/\. but the bank offical rejected my application that they would not give such certificate.I dont think this is feasible .

                        Bank manager compelling us to pay interest to educational loan monthly, immediately after getting loan...but Indian bank head office says, there is no compulsory interest payment during study period, only optional to students... After 6 month of completed study students have to pay interest...

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I deposited some cash via cheque but that cheque did not get cleared. When after a week when I went to branch then one of the staff member said that there is some name problem and started their personal conversation between in office time ignoring the customers. When asked the staff to inform then they said they don't have time to inform. When I asked to explain the problem they again said they don't have time to explain told me to leave the bank. When I said this no way talk your customer they then called the gaurd and told him to throw me out of the bank. They didn't even care about a senior citizen customer. They don't answer any of my query. The misbehavior they did with a senior citizen was not tolerable. I mean how can a staff who is working for us and getting paid for that may talk like this or throw the customer out of the bank. So, therefore, being a regular senior citizen customer I want a written apology for this misbehavior and request you take strict action against them.

                                  Today, that is `15-06-15 Went to open an account in the bank with E Aadhar, Pan card and Passport . Without introducer, they wont open an account it seems but i didn't have any one who holds an account in Indian bank And they are not ready to take a print of the Original passport denying that the Xerox machine or printer is for office purpose only & she is telling me to get an copy of that passport and bank statement from outside shops even though there is a big machine right in back of her chair. And after i told that i can send the e statement of the current account to their mail id they told that we cant see any mails here and our server is very slow. Moreover they told that why do you want to open a savings bank account when you already have two other savings account in other banks. its none of their business. as a citizen i pay income tax and i know why should i open an account . We have lot of other works and we cant open account in a day, told me to come tomorrow. No chairs for seating ; All I did was standing an answering them.IT was like an ladies branch and no respect to the customers & especially for opening an account. WORST WORST & HOPELESS service at Rajajinagar Indian Bank

                                  I am having SB a/c with Indian bank since 2007, My adhar no. and phone number also linked with my account.. Recently I asked the bank officer to change my address as we have shifted to another area of the same city, and I have shown my gas delivery slip copy and electricity bill copy as proof of present address. my gas delivery address and electricity bill address differs with just 2 door numbers of the same address, and I asked to change to any of the door number, then the officer asked to present a letter from my house owner stating that I have been residing in his house, which I felt it is insult to me.Because of this change of address I am unable to submit cheque book requisition form and Atm application form. Presently I am having 3 leafs of MICR cheque book, which I am using for my self withdrawals, after this I have to use withdrawals slips. All the silly rules are for poor people, on one side Govt says to open jan dhan a/c of 0 balance with out any introducer and on the other side ur banks rules are causing troubles to the customers. Disgusting. As my gas subsidy is linked with this a/c, I am not in a position to close my a/c. When I myself came to bank with my passbook and gave a letter with my sign, I dont understand what the problem he is having to change the address, if I am not staying at that address I myself loose any cheque book or Atm card which may come through post. then why I give wrong address, I cant understand the logic. Waste banks causing troubles to common people, And those who evade loans to u are correct people for u.

                                    I m never receiving any SMS alert for money transaction done in ATM or online and the balance whenever i check in near by CUB bank ATM it shows 0.00 balance. Tried complaining twice in branch bank no use.For more than two months i have not received any SMS other than insufficient balance when i do have balance showing in my pass book. Do rectify these type of outdated silly errors in highly technical era. Thank you.
