Indian Bank — RE: ignoring the issuing of attestation letter for applying passport

Hi This is v s sanal working at abroad so i would like to apply passport for my wife for bring my wife here but for that procedure passport office require attestation from the cencern bank manager but the bank manager Tamil nadu, pammal branch, indian bank is ignoring to issuing the attestation letter
