Indian Bank — refund amount from amazon is not reflecting

I have purchased a product in amazon on 22 of feb 2019 and same day i cancelled the product becz of some issue and i payed for the product through indian debit card i contact amazon they said transaction is successful and amount is refunded successfully from our side contact indian so i contact cs of indian bank they asking for utr no tat is not available from amazon continuosly i m calling for past 10 days still i don't get my money kindly resolve the issue pls
