Indian Bank — refund amount has not been credited

I have ordered mi 6a mobile from amazon on 18/6/19 by making payment of rs 5999 through Indian bank debit card. I have cancel my order and amazon initiated refund on mi 6a with refund reference Number 224880. They even share transaction I’d on my requested email I’d. I also visited bank branch they deny. When I contacted amazon, they requested me to file charge dispute against Indian bank customer care...so please kindly solve this issue
