Indian Bank — refund amount issues

Myself ajithkumar from medavakkam, chennai-600100. I ordered on item from amazon.com on 09.08.2019 amount of ₹899. Due to some reason i cancel the order. Refund initiated by amazon on 10.08.2019 and i got refund reference number 932380 from amazon. But till now refund amount not reflect my bank account. Kindly do the needful. I tried to reach indian customer care not responding properly my account details mentioned below
