[Resolved]  Indian Bank — refund for one order from amazon is not credited to my account even though it is processed by amazon but not credited in my account

Refund for one of my order from amazon is processed by 26 jan but yet not reflected in my account idk what's wrong pls help my account number is [protected] and my card number is: [protected] since it has been more than two weeks it should have been transfered yet there are no signs of such thing happening and also more days are past then expected days within which it should have transferred.
