Indian Bank — refund from amazon was processed from there end but money was not yet credited into account.

I have the refund reference number # 66t0qccy0000k63vz5hm, which was successfully processed from the amazon on 12/02/2020. I have contacted the local bank concern they says that we can help you then again i have contacted the indian bank customer care, even then they also couldn't find the solution. I have frequently in touch with amazon customer care they says from there end process has been successfully completed. I hope from this charge dispute will hope for the best resolution.

Still it's been a long while, I have not yet received my money into my account. Could you please resolve my issue fast and get my money back into my account. No, information I have not yet received and no status updates have been found about my issue.
