Indian Bank — refund from e-commerce website (flipkart) is not reflecting in my bank account. | |||
My-self aditya sharma contact number -[protected] As i have ordered a product from flip-kart and paid through my indian bank debit card but later on i cancelled the order and therefore there was refund amount initiated from flip-kart end on[protected] at 5.00 pm and the bank transaction id of depositor is [protected], authorization code is 917430 and my order id on flip-kart was od[protected]. But the amount has not been credited in my account till now and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per flipkart they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there and indian bank is not helping me in this matter.
