Dear sir/madam, I went phoenix shopping mall (Big bazaar) at chennai as on 26.05.2019. I transferred money from indian bank atm to future pay big bazaar wallet 800+200+200+200+200= total 1, 600/-only. My bank balance deducted rs.1, 600/- but future pay big bazaar wallet only added money 800+200= rs.1, 000/- only. Please arrange remaining rs.200+200+200 =rs.600/- this refund from indian bank.
