Indian Bank — refund initiated but didn't receive refund | |||
My name is yash kumar and i had ordered poco f1 mobile of rs.18999 in amazon on 20 sept 2019 and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 10 october 2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 333666 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. This is to infrom you that after decline shows in POS machine but amount deduct in 2 times, take necessary acrion and refund the amount as early as possible
