Indian Bank — refund is issused but not credited

My name is (Mohammed raheel faraz) and i had ordered (K7 total security pc antivirus) of rs. Amount 426 in amazon on (
Date 09.02.2020) and after (Return date 18.02.2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Date23.02.2020 on which refund initiated)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 69sdpe8t0000k66v6r8x
(Reference number here) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is (Card number is [protected]){card no is not
