Indian Bank — Refund is still being processed by bank

I have ordered 2 foods on Zomato. Due to some technical issues refund was issued. its been more than a week i havent got my refund zomato says its done from their side.

There is help from indian bank customer care. Since they dont have access to view refund status. then why the f they are there

I dont know who is playing games here.
