[Resolved] Indian Bank — refund issue from amazon to indian bank | |||
Name : kartik I contact to the amazon customer care. He said the that refund for amount 59999.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now, contact the bank customer care number and get details and he is giving reference number for the refund. Refund reference # 75503720254042134150145 Its been 9 days, i haven't received the refund yet The bank customer care asking me to reach to home branch and provide them with utr (Unit transaction reference no.) to get details, but amazon only provided refund reference no. Sep 24, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the refund amount credited on my INDIAN bank account as on 24/09/2020 .
I received a Mail from Indian bank three days requesting for transaction amount details, I replied them with the information.
I am not sure how it happened. but I received the refund
