Indian Bank — refund money is not credited to my account

Payment failed in amazon, but money debited 34999rs. It almost 7 days completed, i didn't get my refund money. Amazon says refund reflect successful he give the reference number 417790 and he said maximum 3-5 days refund money in your account, but almost 7days completed still i didn't get my money to my account, so please make it action quickly to refund my money.

I Have paid Rs 471 towards post paid bill on 11.12.2019 and amount was deducted . I have received the message that Rs 471 was deducted .

please make note of it and refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.
