Indian Bank — refund not credited in account | |||
I had booked a Self-Drive rental car through the Revv app for RS.3175.00 on the 12th of August, 2019. But, on 13th August I cancelled the booking and full refund amount of RS.3175.00 was transferred back to my account as per the details which Revv has provided me. On further enquiry with Revv, they had contacted their third party payment site, Razorpay in order to get details about the refund transaction. Razorpay also mentioned that the refunds were successfully processed from their end as well. The ARN number is: 30004692269224100161834 and the timestamp provided was 13 Aug 2019, 01:02:17 pm. Refund ID is rfnd_D5KohZDNF3rd5T. The Indian Bank Account Holder Name is Johnyna Johny Panakal and the account number is[protected].a Was this information helpful? | |||
