[Resolved]  Indian Bank — refund not credited since 2 week of transaction

Address:Faridabad, Haryana, 121004

I purchased a product online and soon returned it costs ₹2909 but my money not credited in my account even after 2 week
Please help me in tracking my money i have got the transaction number also
Transaction reference number is[protected]
Refund was initiated on 18 january 2019 at 14.22

Please take this issue to resolve as soon as possible.

I repeatedly contack Amazon but they told me to file a charge dispute but Indian Bank don't have such facility so kindly solve my issue
