Indian Bank — refund not getting from last 2month | |||
I have purchased "supporter" from amazon on 06-june-2019 by making payment of 300 rupees through indian bank debit card. I have not got the item and in my account, it was showing delivered. I called to amazon customer care for refund and my amount they initiated a refund on date 24-june-2019 with the refund reference number. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute form with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
