Indian Bank — refund not processed and received

I have purchased a phone on 21 of august through my indian bank debit card due to mishandling phone was broken and it was refunded to seller and they decided to refund that amount to my amount. Refund was initiated on 25th of august of amount 20099 having authorization code (Refund reference number[protected]. With refund reference number 75503729238032594131083.
