Indian Bank — refund not processed by customer care indian bank | |||
I have ordered an item of worth rs 3859 from amazon by my indian bank rupay card account number [protected] and returned it. They initiated the refund on 3rd april 2019 and stated that refund would come in my account by 9th april 2019. I have not receieved the refund yet and got a mail from amazon to contact bank customer service and give them a reference no[protected] and said the bank customer care will locate the authorization code and i will receive my refund. But when i called bank customer care they don't know how to do it. When i called amazon they told to dispute the transaction as refund not processes. I submitted an application on indian bank spgrs forum but still didn't get any reply. So i request to please take actions regarding this whoever is the appropriate authority. After all i waited for month and still waiting for my refund to be processed Was this information helpful? | |||
