Indian Bank — refund not processed by indian bank for myntra order cancellation

I cancelled an order on Myntra amounting to Rs. 2217. Of which they refunded Rs. 654, Rs. 692 and Rs. 453 but Rs. 418 is still pending. On being asked they said it would take upto 20 May for me to receive my refund so I waited. Today is 21st and I contacted them and they replied due to certain issues with bank side the refund has not been processed. They gave me a reference number for all the transactions. Here they are:

They said to contact the Bank's customer care. On calling and holding up to an hour as their agents were "helping others" I decided to write about it here. Please help me get my money back.
