[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Refund not processen by indian bank

Dear sir/mam:

My name is baskar john and my indian bank account number is [protected], ifsc code: idib000s057.

I made a payment of rs. 1099 using my indian bank debit card [protected] to amazon.com on aug 24th, but i had returned the product and requested a refund. They have refunded the amount back to my mode of payment to indian bank on sep 9, 2020, and gave a refund reference number, i. E., [protected] 6179 874

But the refund is not still reflecting in my bank account till date. The bank is refusing to track my payment using the reference number is behaving irresponsibly. I have made multiple attempts to sort out this issue, but in vain. My indian bank complaint reference number is ibcwe[protected]
