Indian Bank — refund not received to my account in indian bank | |
My name is maheshwaran and i had ordered a product on amazon india for rs.59999 on 13 july 2020 but i returned it due to display issues and i got the mail that refund was processed on 25 july from amazon and today it's 31 july and i still haven't received the amount in my bank. Amazon sent me this reference no. 30005402080195122646228 and told me to file charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have this policy. So please respond to this complaint.. It's very urgent.
