Indian Bank — refund not reflected in the account | |||
1). Name: dasari naresh Acc :[[protected]] Mobile:[[protected]] Refund ref num:[[protected]] Bank - indian bank I have purchased sanyo 1.5 tones 3 star ac from amazon on 05.04.2019 by making payment of 27490 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[07.04.2019] with refund reference number of [[protected]] when i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution. 2). But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank.
